Attending at the invitation of one of Sephora’s partner brands, Gabriela paid tribute to Katniss Everdeen, the protagonist of her favourite film series. Her ensemble drew inspiration from the iconic dress in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, which transforms into a mockingjay, a powerful symbol of rebellion in the story. For Gabriela, the look was more than a tribute to a beloved fictional character. The mockingjay’s association with freedom, resistance and hope made it a meaningful choice, connecting the evening’s theme to a message that reaches beyond the screen. Gabriela said the symbol represented the promise of better days, bringing her personal interests together with the celebration’s creative vision.
