Miss World Ghana 2025 Jutta Pokuaah is advancing her commitment to empowering young women with the launch of the Future Her Foundation’s PCOS Awareness School Tour 2026. The initiative opened at Achimota Senior High School, where students received vital information about women’s health, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and understanding their bodies. The tour brings healthcare professionals directly into schools, making reliable health education more accessible to young girls. At the opening session, Dr. Abigail Adu-Opokuah and Helare Gracia Helarie Fraikue shared their expertise and encouraged students to learn more about PCOS. The initiative was supported by the school’s management, teachers and staff, as well as Stella Supplement, the foundation’s team and volunteers. Jutta, who represented Ghana at the 2025 Miss World Festival in Telangana, India, thanked everyone who helped make the first visit possible. Sharing the purpose behind the initiative, she said, “This is only the beginning. Together, we will continue empowering girls with knowledge, confidence, and the courage to understand their bodies.” Her words underscore why young women need welcoming spaces where they can ask questions and feel confident about their health. Through the PCOS Awareness School Tour, the Future Her Foundation aims to reach more students with essential health information and encourage open conversations about women's well-being. By bringing education and community engagement together, the initiative can help girls make informed decisions about their health and overcome the hesitation surrounding reproductive health discussions. Jutta’s efforts demonstrate how a platform can be used to champion meaningful support for young women both during and beyond the pageant stage.
